Shuffle Review: No Written Ceiling, No Written Clock
Review · Crypto sportsbook
Shuffle writes no withdrawal ceiling into its terms, which is rare among the sportsbooks we compare. It also writes no payout period, and its coin list sits behind the sign-up form. We rate it Good and explain the five lines behind that.

Good
Shuffle suits a bettor who expects the occasional large win and wants no weekly cap standing between that win and the wallet. It suits less well someone who wants to know, before registering, which coins the cashier takes and how long a payout may sit in review. This Shuffle review rates it Good: the ceiling line is the strongest of the twelve operators we compare, the licence is current, and three of the other four lines are blank in the terms.
Five lines from the terms
We do not open accounts or place bets for a review. We read what the operator commits to in writing and compare it on the same five lines for every sportsbook on the site, as set out in our scoring notes. For Shuffle, the reading looks like this.
| Line | What Shuffle writes | Where we found it |
|---|---|---|
| Coins and networks | Not listed outside the cashier | Clauses 9.4 and 10.6, read 8 September 2026 |
| Payout period | No period stated | Terms, read 8 September 2026 |
| Withdrawal ceiling | None stated anywhere | Terms, read 8 September 2026 |
| ID trigger | Any time, at the operator's discretion | Clause 4.1 |
| Licence | Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1337/0628 | Public register |
Two blanks in that table are honest blanks: a missing ceiling helps the player. The other two are gaps the player has to fill in alone.
The cashier opens after sign-up
Registration at Shuffle asks for an email address, not a passport. That is the easy part. The coin list and the minimum deposit for each coin appear only inside the cashier, and the cashier opens only for a logged-in account. Since we read rules rather than open accounts, this Shuffle review names no coins and no minimums. Anything we wrote here would be second-hand.
That puts the work on you. Before the first deposit, open the cashier and check two things: that your coin is there, and which network the deposit address belongs to. The network on the sending side has to match it. Our explainer on stablecoin chains covers how to match the two.
For comparison, several rivals print the list where anyone can read it. Rakebit names 15 coins. Rocketpot names 13, with USDT on two chains. Wild.io names 12. If seeing the list before signing up matters to you, the coin pages sort operators by what their cashiers take.
Withdrawals: an open ceiling and an open clock
A crypto payout has two stages. The operator approves it; then the network carries it. The second stage depends on the coin and is out of anyone's hands. The first stage is the operator's, and the terms are where it should be pinned down.
Here the Shuffle review splits in two, because the operator pins down neither the time nor the size. On the ceiling, that is a point in its favour. We read the terms end to end on 8 September 2026 and found no daily, weekly or monthly limit on what an account may withdraw. Most rivals write one:
- Bitcasino.io: 1,000,000 USDT per week (clause 6.10)
- Wild.io: $100,000 per week (clause 9.6)
- Rakebit: €10,000 per 24 hours
- BetPlays: €5,000 per week (clause 6.11)
Vave and Rocketpot set no flat cap but split large wins into parts, Vave from 50,000 USDT (clause 8.8) and Rocketpot from $5,000 (clause 11.5).
On the clock, the blank works against you. Wild.io writes 10 to 60 minutes, Vave up to three days, Rocketpot 72 hours. Shuffle writes nothing, so a slow payout breaks no rule and there is no stated period to quote back to support. If timing is the deciding factor, our payout speed ranking lists the operators that commit to one.
When documents are requested
Clause 4.1 is short. Shuffle may ask for identity documents at any time it considers necessary, and it may restrict the account or its withdrawals until identity is established to its satisfaction. The anti-money-laundering policy adds that customer checks are risk-based and that withdrawals can be suspended once a threshold is reached. The threshold depends on risk and is not given as a number.
So there is no amount below which you can expect to be left alone. Compare the operators that do name one. Bitcasino.io asks above €2,500 (clause 6.6). Rocketpot asks above 0.05 BTC or $2,500 (clause 11.4). BetPlays asks at the first withdrawal (clause 4.3). Vave, like Shuffle, keeps the right to ask before any payout, but gives the player 14 days to send the files (clause 8.7).
The practical reading for this Shuffle review: email sign-up keeps the start light, but treat any sizeable withdrawal as one that may be paused for a passport and a proof of address. Keep both to hand before you ask for the money. If keeping identity out of the process matters most, the low-document sportsbooks page compares where each operator draws the line.
Licence and company
The operator is Natural Nine B.V., registered under company number 160998. It holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, issued on 16 October 2024. The register showed it as active when we checked, with no expiry date displayed. The brand launched in 2023, so the current licence number is newer than the site.
For the licence line of this Shuffle review, that puts the operator under the same regulator as five other sportsbooks on our list: Bitcasino.io, Rocketpot, Vave, Metaspins and Wild.io. A licence entry tells you two useful things: which company stands behind the account, and which authority issued its permit. It does not tell you how quickly withdrawals are approved; for that, the clauses above are the evidence.
Sports, casino and support
Shuffle runs a sportsbook next to its casino, and the betting line is visible on the site. Its terms do not fix which sports or markets are offered, so we do not list them here. Read odds the same way you would anywhere; our odds formats guide converts between decimal and fractional prices.
SportsbookDeposit in USDT, BTC or ETH and bet the same dayPlace a bet18+ · the operator's terms apply to every betThe casino side is larger than the sportsbook in number of titles, around 5,000 games from 38 providers, and includes provably fair games. Support works through live chat and email.
There is a welcome offer for new accounts. We do not print its terms on this site; read the wagering and the eligible bet types in Shuffle's own rules before the first deposit, because they decide when a bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Shuffle and the sportsbooks on the same licence
The table compares Shuffle with five operators that also answer to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, so the licence line is held equal and the cashier rules carry the difference.

Wild.io is the closest match for a bettor who likes Shuffle's large-win headroom but also wants a written clock: its 10 to 60 minute period is the shortest on the site, at the cost of a weekly cap. Our Wild.io write-up reads it in full. Bitcasino.io keeps a cap so high that few bettors would meet it, and names its document threshold; see the Bitcasino.io page for the clauses. Vave and Rocketpot both write a period and split large payouts, a trade some players prefer to an open ceiling.
Pros and cons
What works:
- No withdrawal ceiling is printed anywhere in the terms.
- Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1337/0628 is listed as active, with the holder named.
- Registration needs only an email address.
- Provably fair games on the casino side, plus live chat and email support.
What to weigh:
- No payout period in writing, so a slow approval breaches nothing.
- Coins and minimums are hidden until you register.
- Documents can be requested at any time, with no stated amount.
- The AML policy can pause withdrawals at a threshold it does not disclose.
Verdict: Good
The Shuffle review verdict rests on the same five lines. Shuffle scores best on the ceiling, where it leaves the field open, and solidly on the licence, which is current and traceable to a named company. It loses ground on coins, which it does not show before sign-up, on the payout period, which it does not write, and on the ID trigger, which is discretionary with no amount. That is a Good rating, not Excellent: one strong commitment and one solid one, against three lines left for the player to discover. If a bigger list of sportsbooks would help, the full comparison ranks every operator on the same terms.
