Good reasons to write
- A fact has changed. Name the page and the figure, and point to where the new one is published: the operator's terms, its cashier or a licence register. We check it, correct the page and change the date beside the fact.
- A page is unclear. If a table, the odds converter or a guide left you with a question, tell us which part. Where the question shows the page is at fault, we rewrite it.
- You run a sportsbook. If your coins, payout rules, limits or document rules have changed, send the link to the clause. We record what the terms say and when we read them. Verdicts are not sold and are not changed on request.
What we cannot do
We cannot see, open or change any account at any operator, and we cannot chase a payout or a document request for you. Those go to the operator's own support. If betting has stopped being something you enjoy, our responsible gambling page lists the tools and services that help.
