Privacy Policy
No sign-up, no advertising cookies
You can read every page here without an account, and the site sets no advertising cookies. This page lists the little it does record, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
Privacykept short
What this site records, why, and for how long.
The three things we record
- Page counts. A self-hosted counter notes which page was opened, the site you came from, an approximate country worked out from your IP address, and your device and browser type. It uses no cookies, and it does not keep the IP address.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours writes a line for each request: IP address, time, the address asked for and the browser. We use these lines to keep the site running and to stop abuse, and we delete them on a rolling basis.
- Button presses. The buttons that lead to a sportsbook pass through a short redirect on our own server. The redirect appears in the same server logs, which is how we know a button was used.
What never happens here
- There is no account, newsletter or comment form, so we never ask for your name, email or wallet address.
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies and do not sell or rent data to anyone.
- We load no social media widgets that tell a third party you visited.
- We never ask for a private key or a recovery phrase, and nobody genuinely from this site ever will.
When you leave for a sportsbook
A sportsbook you open from one of our buttons is run by another company, and its own privacy policy applies from the moment you land there, including any identity checks it makes. How the buttons work is set out in our terms of use.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold from your visit and ask us to delete it. Because we never tie a visit to a name, we will need the rough time of your visit and the IP address you used. Write to [email protected]; the contact page explains what else we can help with.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date shown on the page changes with it. How our content is researched is explained on the methodology page.
