Betting with BNB: The Chain, the Gas and the Cashiers That Name It
Coin · BNB
BNB is the coin that pays for every transaction on BNB Smart Chain, including Tether transfers there. This page lists the sportsbooks whose printed coin lists include BNB, explains what a BSC deposit costs and how fast it settles, and flags the old Beacon Chain option that no longer works.

BNB betting sites are sportsbooks whose cashier lists BNB, the native coin of BNB Smart Chain. Five of the operators compared on this site print BNB in their coin list, and they follow Vave in the table below. BNB is worth knowing about even if you never stake it: it is the coin that pays the gas for every Tether or other token transfer on that chain.
The case for BNB at a sportsbook is speed and cost. BNB Smart Chain now produces a block roughly every 0.45 seconds, and its standard gas price is a twentieth of a gwei. The case against is the same as for any volatile coin: an open bet and a pending withdrawal are both exposed to the price. This page covers both sides and the cashier detail in between.
Vave first (its list has no BNB; on Vave you would deposit USDT or another listed coin), then cashiers whose published coin list names BNB. Metaspins last: its nine coins come from a bonus-threshold clause, not a deposit list

How to read the table. Vave sits first on every page of this site; its printed list does not include BNB, so on Vave you would fund the account in USDT or another listed coin. The other rows name BNB in a published coin list. Metaspins comes last because its nine coins appear in a bonus clause, not in a deposit list, so BNB there is likely but not confirmed. The payout and documents columns come from each operator's own terms.
BNB Smart Chain in brief
BNB Smart Chain, usually shortened to BSC, runs on a consensus its developers call Proof of Staked Authority. The documentation describes 45 validators, 21 in the active Cabinet and 24 Candidates. Three hardforks named Lorentz, Maxwell and Fermi brought the block time down from three seconds to about 0.45 seconds.
Finality is what matters for a deposit. The chain counts a block as final once it has two blocks on top and at least two thirds of validators have voted, which at today's block time is about 1.125 seconds. A sportsbook can still wait for more confirmations before crediting, but the network side is over in roughly a second.
BSC is fully compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. For a bettor that has two consequences: the wallet you use for Ethereum usually works on BSC too, and the addresses look identical. More on that below.
What a BNB transfer costs
BNB is the gas token on BSC, and the BNB Chain documentation gives a standard gas price of 0.05 gwei, with typical transactions costing around $0.005 or less. A gwei is one-billionth of the coin.
The arithmetic for a plain BNB deposit, as an example:
- A simple coin transfer on an EVM chain uses 21,000 units of gas.
- At 0.05 gwei per unit, that is 1,050 gwei.
- In BNB, 1,050 gwei is 0.00000105 BNB, well inside the documentation's “around $0.005 or less” for a typical transaction.
A token transfer, such as USDT on BSC, runs a contract and uses more gas than that, but it is still paid in BNB at the same low gas price. That is the practical rule to remember: whatever token you send on BSC, the wallet needs some BNB to pay for it.
Any withdrawal fee or minimum set by the sportsbook is separate from the network fee and lives in its cashier rules. Compare it before a small deposit.
BNB betting sites: which cashiers name the coin
Reading the published coin lists of the twelve operators on this site, five include BNB; these are the BNB betting sites in the table above.
- Rocketpot prints thirteen coins in clauses 7.1 and 10.1, BNB among them, and uses the same list for deposits and withdrawals. Its withdrawals go back to the coin and wallet you deposited from (clause 11.1), and it allows 72 hours to process a request (clause 11.3).
- Wild.io lists twelve coins, BNB included, and states 10 to 60 minutes for a withdrawal.
- Rakebit has the widest list, fifteen coins, with BNB next to USDT, USDC and DAI. Its terms allow €10,000 out in any 24 hours.
- Rainbet names BNB in its home-page FAQ. It credits a deposit after one blockchain confirmation and warns in clause 7.9 that coins sent on an unsupported network risk being lost.
- Metaspins names BNB in clause 14.12, a list of minimum bonus amounts per coin. That makes BNB likely in the cashier, but the deposit list itself sits behind sign-in.
None of the five says in its published text on which chain it receives BNB. In 2026 the answer is almost certainly BSC, for the reason in the next section, but the deposit screen is where you confirm it.
The Beacon Chain option is gone
BNB used to live on two chains. Next to BSC there was the BNB Beacon Chain, with its own token standard, BEP2. Exchanges and some cashiers offered “BNB (BEP2)” as a separate deposit option for years.
That chain has been retired, and the change affects how BNB betting sites take deposits. Its final sunset hardfork took place on 19 November 2024, after which, in the documentation's words, it no longer accepts new transactions or proposes new blocks. BEP2 and BEP8 tokens that had not been moved to BSC were locked and are not recoverable after that fork; a recovery tool lets holders prove ownership with the old private key and claim the assets on BSC.
For a bettor the lesson is short. If a cashier or an exchange withdrawal screen still shows a BEP2 or Beacon Chain option, do not use it. Every live BNB deposit goes on BNB Smart Chain.

On BSC you can send BNB itself or Tether as a token; at BNB betting sites the choice depends on which of the two the cashier lists on that chain. The address, the speed and the gas coin are the same; what differs is what you hold while bets are open.
Bet in BNB when you already hold it, accept that its price will move between deposit and withdrawal, and want the simplest transfer the chain offers. Bet in USDT when the balance will sit for days and you want it to stay in dollars. The Tether betting sites page lists the cashiers that take USDT and the networks they name. Note that Rocketpot lists two versions of Tether, on Ethereum and on TRON; neither is the BSC version, so a BNB holder there would deposit BNB itself.
One more trap. BSC and Ethereum addresses look the same: 0x followed by 40 hexadecimal characters. A wallet will happily send BNB-chain USDT to an address the cashier only watches on Ethereum. Match the network name on the deposit screen to the network your wallet or exchange sends on. The BEP-20 vs TRC-20 guide explains how to tell them apart on the screen.
Comparing BNB with the other coins
BNB is one of eight coins compared on the best crypto for betting page. Against its neighbours:
| Coin | Network fee in practice | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| BNB | 0.05 gwei gas, typical cost around $0.005 or less | 0x addresses shared with Ethereum |
| ETH | Varies with demand | Gas can exceed a small deposit |
| USDC | Depends on chain | Each chain is a separate deposit |
The ethereum sportsbooks page covers the dearer chain that shares BSC's address format, and the USDC sportsbooks page covers the other big stablecoin. If your stakes are small, BSC's fee level makes BNB a natural fit for low deposit crypto sportsbooks.
Before the first transfer, send a small test amount and wait for it to be credited; the deposit guide walks through it. The full table of crypto betting sites shows every cashier, including those that list neither BNB nor any BSC token. Among BNB betting sites the cheap chain is never the hard part; the cashier's rules are.
