Bitsler is closing: what its notice says, and what to do with a balance

Bitsler's home page now carries a closure notice instead of a lobby. It no longer accepts bets, asks players to withdraw by 7 October 2026, and says accounts close for good on 8 October. We read it on 6 October 2026 and have taken Bitsler off every ranking on this site.

Until this autumn Bitsler was the oldest name in our comparison, running since 2015 under a Curaçao licence held by Oyine N.V. When we opened its home page on 6 October 2026 to check the cashier, the lobby had been replaced by a short notice. It says three things, and each has a date.

If you have money on Bitsler
Withdraw it now, in the coin you deposited, to an address you control. The notice gives a single day between the withdrawal deadline and closure, so there is no room to wait for a better moment. If the withdrawal asks for documents, send them at once; a check that is still open when the account closes turns a withdrawal into a claim.
If the deadline has already passed, the notice points to a claim through Bitsler's support before the end of October. Write from the email address registered on the account, give the username, the coin and the wallet address you want paid to, and keep a copy of everything you send. A claim made in writing, with a date, is easier to follow up than a chat conversation.
What this means for the rest of this site
Bitsler has been removed from the table on our home page, from every coin page and from the reviews list. Nothing about the other operators changed: their rows were read from their own terms and stand as before. Closures like this one are rare, but they are the reason a balance should not sit at any sportsbook longer than the bets that need it. Keep what you are not betting with in your own wallet.
